We expect to release new attachments every 30 days, with plans to accelerate this timeline moving forward. New product development is handled in house, by our design and engineering teams. Each new product undergoes extensive research, design, development, and testing to ensure our high quality standards are always maintained.

Shipping

All Phaze Labs orders are shipped in a discreet brown box.

An order confirmation email is sent once we have received your order. A separate email notification will be sent out with a tracking number once we've shipped your order.

Priority shipping is 1-3 days. Standard shipping is 3-10 business days. Please note that all shipping is on top of packaging lead times. The typical lead time is 1-2 business days.

Once we ship your product, we will send you a shipping notification email. This will contain your tracking link and other useful information.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

If your order is declined, please double check your billing information. The billing address is the address associated with your card account. Your shipping address is where the package will be sent. You have the option to enter a separate billing and shipping address during checkout.

If you want to return your item, please contact support@phazelabs.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number along with the reason why you wish to return your item. The item must be returned in its original packaging and never been used. If the item has been used, a return cannot be accepted. You must pay the cost of shipping to have the item returned.

Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped yet.

If something is missing from your order, we’ll replace it. If you receive an incorrect item, we’ll replace it. Please contact support@phazelabs.com and we'll be more than happy to assist you.

Typically it takes 5-10 business days to see the refunded amount returned or reversed back to your account.
